Incoming Freshmen	Transfer Students
Freshmen Registration Days INCOMING FRESHMEN and their parent/guardian are required to attend one of the following registration days: July 17, 2012 (noon - 8 p.m.) July 18, 2012 (noon - 8 p.m.) July 19, 2012 (8 a.m. - 3 p.m.) INCOMING FRESHMEN are required to bring the following documents: Copy of the student's birth certificate Freshman physical Proof of residence If necessary, proof of court appointed guardianship (Physicals are required for all ninth graders by the state of Illinois. A copy of an appointment card that verifies an appointment has been scheduled for the physical exam is required. Students who cannot provide proof of an appointment will not be allowed to register.) How to Transfer to MHS
