MUSTANGS FINISH 7TH IN STATE! HIGHEST FINISH IN SCHOOL HISTORY!

The Mustangs set out with the goal in the beginning of the season to finish in the Top 8 in the State. Saturday that goal came to fruition with their 7th place finish.  The Mustangs not only did that, but set numerous pool, meet and 5 school records throughout the season and swimmers: Connor Black, Will Davidson, Sean Falconer, and Bryan Wiener earned All-State and All-America Honors. For perspective, Illinois is the 4th fastest state in the country for boys swimming.  For most teams a top ten finish in our state is the equivalent of top 3 in many other states, and the Mustangs continued to prove that they are one of the top boys aquatic (swimming, diving, water polo) programs in the state.

The Mustangs placed:
Connor Black- 2nd 100 Fly, 8th 200IM
Will Davidson -11th 50 Free, 33rd 100 Free
Bryan Wiener - 16th, 100 Back, 25th 100 Free
200 Medley Relay (Black, Wiener, Davidson, Sean Falconer) 8th
200 Free Relay (Black, Wiener, Davidson, Sean Falconer) 5th

Great Job!
