Beginning  with the 2016-2017 school year, this page will display all athletes signing with Division I schools or athletes signing with Division II schools and receiving a scholarship greater than fifty percent.
 
 
Ryan Magee signs to play golf at Loyola University-Chicago

Ryan Magee has signed to play golf at Loyola University-Chicago. This is a Division I school. Ryan is a three-sport athlete at MHS where he played not only golf but also was a member of the swimming and baseball teams.He is a three-time golf MVP, all-conference four times in swimming and baseball, all-academic, sectional champion and state qualifier in golf,swimming and baseball and also a member of the Student Athlete Leadership Team [SALT].

Magee hopes to major in marketing/management next year. He is looking forward to the great Loyola campus, outstanding academic reputation and the chance to play Division I golf.

Brendan Murphy signs letter of intent to play baseball at Arizona State University 

Brendan Murphy has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Arizona State University next year. In addition to baseball, Brendan also played golf and was a member of SALT during his high school career. He is looking forward to playing baseball at the university level next year.

Donnie Kvien has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Elmhurst College

Donnie Kvien has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Elmhurst College next year. The future business major plans to coach and run soccer camps after his college career. He is looking forward to experiencing the college atmosphere.
 

 
Nikita Hristev to play water polo at McKendree University

Nakita Hristev has signed a letter of intent to play water polo at McKendree University in Lebanon, IL, near St. Louis. Nakita played both water polo and football during his MHS career.

He plans to major in International Relations and would like to follow a career in the foreign service. He is looking forward to meeting new people and starting a new program.
 

 
Amanda Diaz to play softball at Hope College

Amanda Diaz has signed a letter of intent to play softball at Hope College in Holland, Michigan. During her MHS career, in addition to softball, Amanda has been active in cheerleading, student leadership, link crew, national honor society and student athlete leadership training [SALT].

Amanda is considering education or psychology as her major. She’s looking forward to meeting new people and playing softball at the collegiate level.
 

 
Reid Rubio has signs a letter of intent to play baseball at the University of Minnesota-Duluth

Reid Rubio has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

He played both baseball and football during his career at Mundelein High School. Rubio plans to major in marketing and pursue a career in that field. He's most looking forward to playing baseball next year.
 

 
Charles Cranford signs letter of intent to play lacrosse at Monmouth College

Charles Cranford has signed a letter of intent to play lacrosse at Monmouth College. Charles is a three-sport athlete at MHS, competing on the soccer and swimming teams in addition to Lacrosse. During his four years he was also active in FBLA, FCA, the Helping Up Foundation and Relay for Life.

Charles plans to major in International Business and Spanish and work as an international consultant or translator. He is looking forward to educational and study abroad opportunities
 

 
Michael Skarzynski  signs letter of intent to play football at Aurora University

Michael Skarzynski has signed a letter of intent to play football at Aurora University. He is looking forward to being a member of Spartan football for his college career, meeting new people and starting a new journey.

He plans to major in secondary education and hopes to be a history teacher at the high school level.
 

 
Jason Santos signs letter of intent to play baseball at Carroll University

Jason Santos has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Jason was a three-sport athlete during his years at MHS playing baseball, football and basketball.

At Carroll University, Jason will major in nursing with the hopes of a future career as a nurse. He is looking forward to playing baseball at the collegiate
 

 
Justin Neukam signs to play football at Coe College

Justin Neukam has signed a letter of intent to play football next year at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

During his MHS athletic career, played football, ran track, and was a member of Student Athlete Leadership Team [SALT].

Justin plans to major in physical education and to work as a teacher and coach. He’s looking forward to playing football next year at Coe.
 

 
Zachary Zagula signs letter of intent to play baseball at Adrian College in Michigan

During his high school career Zachary Zagula was on the baseball team, a member of Student Athletes Leadership Team [SALT] and was part of the NSC Leadership. Zach plans to major in advertising.

Jake Goken commits to play football at Benedictine College

Jake Gokan accepted an athletic scholarship, and will be a student-athlete at Benedictine College in KS this Fall where he will play football for the Ravens.
 

 
Yann Nsoga to play soccer at Eastern Illinois

Mundelein High School senior, Yann Nsoga, has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Eastern Illinois University.

Nsoga played soccer throughout his high school career and is planning to major in marketing. He hopes to have a career in that field after college.

Yann is looking forward to the next chapter in his life and all the responsibilities that come with it.
 

 
Isac Banuelos signs to play football at Robert Morris University

Isac Banuelos has signed to play football at Robert Morris University in Chicago. Banuelos plans to major in Kinesiology and hopes to have a future career in athletic training.

During his years at MHS Banuelos was active in football, cheer squad and track. He said is really looking forward to playing football at the collegiate level.

Tara Lawson signs to swim at Valparaiso

Mundelein High School Senior, Tara Lawson, has signed a letter of intent to join the swimming team at Valparaiso University next fall.

Lawson has been a varsity swimmer at MHS for all four of her high school years, currently serving as team captain. In addition, she was on the water polo team for three years, is a National Honor Society student, a member of the MHS Link Crew and a member of SALT [student athlete leadership training].

The future business major is looking forward to meeting her new teammates and experiencing college life.

Shannon Streeter to golf at Albion College

Shannon Streeter has signed a letter of intent to play golf at Albion College in Albion, Michigan. During her years at MHS she also played softball, water polo and was a member of the winter guard. The music education major is looking forward to living in a dorm and have roommates.
 
 
 
Maria DeVito to play softball at Eastern Illinois

Maria DeVito has signed a letter of intent to play softball at Eastern Illinois University. Having played high school softball and basketball, the future special education major looks forward to meeting new people and continuing her softball career.
 
 
 
Maddie Zazas to play softball at Concordia University-Wisconsin

Maddie Zazas has signed a letter of intent to play softball at Concordia University-Wisconsin. She played softball and basketball at MHS and plans to major in exercise science. She is looking forward to meeting new people, pursuing her education and continuing her softball career.
 
 
 
Ashley Parola joins Eastern Illinois University Track and Field team

Ashley Parola has signed a letter of intent to join the track and field team at Eastern Illinois University. In addition to running track and field, she also was a member of the basketball and cross country teams. She's looking forward to a chance to start a new journey.
 
 
 
Maggie Mahar to play basketball at Judson

Maggie Mahar has signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Judson University. She has played basketball and softball at MHS and is planning to major in elementary education. She is excited to continue her basketball career and her education and looks forward to a new setting and a chance to meet new people and to grow.
 
 
 
Joe Nagel signs to play football at St. Cloud State

Senior Joe Nagel ('15) has signed a letter of intent to play football at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. He received a partial scholarship to study criminal justice at the university. Nagel is looking forward to playing in a program with a winning tradition.
