The D120 Transition Center serves young adults between the ages of 18 and 22 that qualify for transition services through the IEP process. Services are provided Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Participants have met graduation requirements, while deferring their diploma, and are working toward becoming engaged, contributing members of their communities.
