The D120 Transition Center serves young adults between the ages of 18 and 22 that qualify for transition services through the IEP process. Services are provided Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Participants have met graduation requirements, while deferring their diploma, and are working toward becoming engaged, contributing members of their communities.
Centered on each participant's strengths, needs, preferences, and goals for the future, the D120 Transition Center supports the development of the following skills and services:
