Prospective Members
To be invited to join NHS, all junior and seniors with a GPA UNWEIGHTED 3.7 will be invited to apply. This is a SIMPLE 3.7 GPA and is the cut off score, grades will not be rounded up. Once invited, a student must submit two teacher letters of recommendation and complete this form.

There will be no roll-over hours this year.
- Each NHS member will be held accountable for completing ten hours each semester
- Additional hours submitted after reaching the required amount per semester will not count toward the total
- Failure to complete any of these requirements will result in probation from NHS (do not get recognized, letter sent home to parents, cannot participate in NHS facilitated meetings).
