MHS "Family" to be remembered at volleyball game fundraiser

The boys volleyball program will remember members of the MHS family who succumbed to cancer by hosting a Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation match against Antioch High School in the Main Gym Friday, April 26, beginning at 5 p.m. A 50/50 raffle will take place and Bear Necessities Bears will be available for a $20 donation. Mustang Triathlon May 5; April 27 early registration deadline

The Mundelein High School Triathlon Club will host its annual Mustang Triathlon Sunday, May 5 beginning at 7:30 a.m. There is a 7 a.m. check-in and same-day registration on the outdoor track. Cost is $10 for MHS students and staff, payable at the school bookstore and $15 for community residents payable through RevTrak on the school’s website. Mundelein High School’s Red Zone Club is sponsoring the Second Annual Mustang Golf Scramble to take place at Steeple Chase Golf Club June 20. This is a fundraising event for the MHS football program and new varsity head coach, Vince DeFrancesco, will be on hand to meet the participants.
