Interpretation Services for IEPs

District 120 will provide a qualified interpreter for IEP meetings upon parent/guardian request for any multilingual parent.  This will require advanced coordination.  We ask that parent/guardian informs the IEP scheduler of their request as early as possible in the scheduling process.

District 120 offers a continuum of special education programs and services for students who are eligible for special education services.

Our district’s core values include equity, growth and collaboration and are at the heart of the work of the special education department.  The district staff is committed to high quality programming for students with IEPs and both special education and general education staff are responsible for implementing your student’s IEP.

If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to our staff.
