Mundelein High School invites our local veterans to its Veterans Day Breakfast on Friday, November 7, from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

Our veterans’ courage, dedication, and commitment to protecting our freedoms have shaped the lives we live today. For our students, meeting veterans brings history to life and helps them understand the true meaning of service, sacrifice, and citizenship. The presence of veterans in our halls serves as a powerful reminder of the values that make our community and our nation strong.

No matter if a veteran has served in times of war or peace, at home or abroad, their contribution matters. We want to ensure that our young people understand the debt of gratitude we owe to those who have served in uniform.

The event will include a breakfast in honor of the veterans, followed by a parade walk in our school where students and staff will have the opportunity to thank veterans for their service and sacrifice. It will run from 7:30 to 9 a.m.
