The Mundelein Jazz Invitational Festival offers an opportunity for high school and middle school jazz bands and/or combos to experience CLINICAL and COMPETITIVE aspects in equal measure and equal quality to better benefit your ensemble’s needs. At our festival, all performing ensembles receive substantial clinic time with one (or more) of the clinicians. Bands performing in the main auditorium (high school top bands) will receive a 45-minute clinic after the performance while bands performing in the smaller venues (middle school bands, high school 2nd bands, and combos) will receive roughly 20 minutes of clinic time with the three jazz educators in those spaces. Registration costs are $250 for the first ensemble from your school and $225 for each additional group after that.
