The Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes and honors Mundelein High School graduates who have made significant and noteworthy achievements as successful adults in their chosen careers and/or have made positive contributions to society. This recognition provides current students the opportunity to realize and appreciate the contributions made by those who graduated before them.
