    Six Mundelein High School students are among 108 selected for the new Discovering STEM in ACES summer program offered by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Students from MHS who were admitted into this competitive program are juniors Alizey Guiterrez-Perez, Miguel Alexander Hernandez, Miguel Angel Hernandez, Amelia Luck, Neida Rivas and Martin Sahagun.     Mundelein Theatre Streaming Spring Musical - Working Studs Terkel is a Chicago legend. He was a Pulitzer Prize winning author, historian, actor and broadcaster. He also had an impact on the theatrical stage when his 1974 nonfiction book of interviews with American workers, Working, was adapted into a Broadway musical.     Robotics Team to compete in World Championship in May

    Mundelein High School’s Robotics Team recently took part in the VEX Robotics State Championship where they earned rankings of 10th, 18th, 30th and 35th in state. Because of those finishes, the Team 499 “Megamind” has been invited to compete in the VEX Robotics World Championship.     Mundelein Theatre qualifies for virtual state competition

    The Mundelein Theatre Group Interpretation (GI) team recently competed in the 2021 Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Drama and Group Interpretation Tournament. The contest was held virtually, with each team recording and submitting their entries.
