    MHS student forming new club, Girls Who Code

    The world of computer coding is widely male dominated but that isn’t stopping a Mundelein High School student from wanting to break into that field and have others join her as well. Kajal Patel, an MHS junior, has begun the formal process of having a Girls Who Code club at the high school.     Three band students chosen for state ensembles

    Three Mundelein High School band students have been chosen to represent Illinois Music Education Association District 7 (ILMEA) as members of the 2021 ILMEA All State ensembles. The students chosen include Junior Natalie Altenhoff, bassoonist and Sophomore Leila Moon, clarinetist in the All State Concert Band. Senior Isabel Sioson was chosen for the All State Jazz Band.
