    Community holds School Supply Distribution for area families

    The Mundelein community held a School Supplies Distribution event for area families in need of school supplies to start the new school year. One hundred fifty bags of supplies were distributed to students who attend districts 75, 76 and 120. The community collected supplies and, in addition, the Mundelein Citizens’ Police Academy Alumni Association, the Mundelein Latino Police Academy Alumni Association and the Mundelein Police Department partnered together and made a $750 donation to the drive.​

    The Mundelein High School/MacLean-Fogg Co-op program is a partnership between District 120 and the family-owned MacLean-Fogg manufacturing company, headquartered on Allanson Road in Mundelein. The program is limited to 10 new students each year, and requires a two-year commitment beginning in the student’s junior year.
