    Fresh off their Jan. 25 victories in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, the Mundelein High School show choirs did it again, this time at the Fort Atkinson, WI Showcase. Lights were named Grand Champions in the Single Gender Division; SoundFX were first runner-up in that division and Sound were named first runner-up overall (of 21 groups competing).     Boards of Education to hold joint forum for stakeholders

    As part of the shared services model for Mundelein School Districts 120 and 75, the Board of Education members of both districts are inviting all stakeholders to attend informative, interactive meetings Tuesday, Feb. 18 at the D120 district office at 1500 W Hawley ST in Mundelein. The award is presented on behalf of the Colleges That Change Lives (CTCL) organization. CTCL is made up of 45 member institutions.     Girls basketball to host Breast Cancer Awareness Night

    Girls Basketball to host Breast Cancer Awareness Night Mundelein High School’s girls basketball team will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Night game against the Stevenson Patriots Friday, Feb. 7. Games are set for 5:30 and 7 p.m.; tickets are $5. Short-sleeved T-shirts will be on sale during the game for $10 and long-sleeves for $15.     Mundelein High School’s Special Olympic athletes will take on members of the MHS staff in a Special Olympics Basketball game to help the team celebrate the close of their inaugural season.
