The Mundelein Mustangs Football program will host the 2018 Mustang Golf Scramble on Tuesday, June 12, with a 1 p.m. tee off at Steeple Chase Golf Club. This is a fundraising event for the football program with a portion of the proceeds going to the Positive Coaching Alliance of the Greater Chicago Area.
Two of Mundelein High School’s vocal groups will perform a free concert Monday, April 16 at 7 p.m. at St. Mary of the Annunciation Church on West Erhart Road in Mundelein. The Concert Choir and Master Singers will each perform a song by Mundelein composer Paul Langford.
Mundelein High School Senior Carson Beck was recently declared a National Winner in the Quill and Scroll 2018 International Writing, Photo and Multimedia Contest. He won in Sports Writing (23 winners of 173 entries). This makes him eligible for scholarships through Quill and Scroll.

Mundelein High School Senior Gillian Beginski has been awarded the Presidential Scholarship from Millikin University in Decatur, IL. This full-tuition scholarship is renewable for four years. According to Millikin officials, Presidential Scholars are leaders in Millikin’s Honors Program.
