Four MHS musicians chosen for state performance

Four Mundelein High School musicians have been selected to represent Illinois Music Education Association [IMEA] District 7 in All-State ensembles at the 2018 Illinois Music Education Conference.

MHS bands to perform two concerts in two evenings

Join us on Wednesday and Thursday evenings this week for two concerts performed by Mundelein HIgh School ensembles and bands. Concerts are free and open to the public.

First Semester Honor Roll Announced

Officials of Mundelein High School have announced the first semester Honor Roll for the 2017-2018 school year. Student honorees include the following:

Senior named to Lake County Suburban Daily Herald Leadership Team

Mundelein High School Senior, Sabrina Lee, has been chosen as one of 10 Lake County high school seniors for the 2017-2018 Lake County Suburban Daily Herald Leadership Team.

Second semester begins Tuesday

Students will return from Winter Break to begin a new semester on Tuesday, Jan. 9. This will be a regular day schedule with first period beginning at 7:45 a.m.

Save the Date to Nominate!

Mundelein High School will open nominations for the second annual Distinguished Alumni Awards beginning Thursday, March 1 and will remain open until Sunday, May 13. It is not too soon to begin thinking about nominating an MHS alum for the award.

MHS parents invited to hear motivational speaker on parenting styles

BStrong Together, a Barrington High School parent group, is inviting parents of Mundelein High School to attend a free parent program “The Self-Motivated Kid: Raising Healthy, Happy Kids in This Modern World” on Tuesday, Jan. 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the BHS Auditorium.
