Staff Variety Show to benefit local PADS in Lake County

Mundelein High School will host the third annual Staff Variety Show Wednesday, March 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Admission for all seats is $2 with all proceeds benefiting PADS in Lake County.

Parents and students are invited to take part in “Naviance Night” at Mundelein High School on Tuesday, March 20 at 7 p.m. in the MHS Auditorium. The event is free.

National Honor Society to host dance for special needs adults

Mundelein High School’s National Honor Society [NHS] will again host a St. Patrick's Day Dance for the special needs adult community of Lake County.

Two MHS alumni earn top honors at U of I psychology department

Two Mundelein High School graduates were among 12 members of the Honors Program who graduated with the title “Honors in Psychology” and prepared an undergraduate Bachelor’s thesis at the University of Illinois.

Public performances of Group Interpretation set for prior to competition

In advance of their IHSA sectional competition, Mundelein Theatre will perform their Group Interpretation, The Perks of Being a Wallflower for the public. Performances at MHS will take place in the auditorium on Thursday and Friday, March 15 and 16 at 7:30 p.m.

Band Concert set for Tuesday, March 13

Enjoy an evening of musical entertainment on March 13 as all four of MHS concert bands perform a variety of pieces. The concert is free and the public is welcome to attend.

Congratulations to Hannah Buscher

Hannah took second place at the IHSA 3-Point Showdown [State Finals] this past weekend in Bloomington. This is the highest placement for a Mundelein Girls Basketball player since the IHSA started this competition!

MHS senior earns 2018 Coke Scholars scholarship

Student body president, senior Ricky Rodriguez has been named one of 150 national 2018 Coke Scholars earning a scholarship worth $20,000. Rodriguez joins a family of alumni who are leading positive change in their communities and around the world.
