What do I need to register my student?

D120 Boundary Map

All students new to District 120 are required to submit proof of residency. Students who have moved within district boundaries are also required to submit proof of residency. The district may require any student to prove residency as part of their registration process.

To prove residency, families must provide:

One PRIMARY residency document:

Current lease
Current mortgage statement
Current real estate tax bill

AND one SECONDARY residency document:

Homeowner's insurance policy
Vehicle insurance policy
Water bill
Electric bill
Gas bill
Garbage bill
Bank Statement

What if I don't have a PRIMARY residency document?

If you are unable to provide a lease, mortgage, or real estate tax bill, please have the homeowner complete a:
Notarized Residency Statement Form (en espanol).

A Residency Statement Form must still be paired with a SECONDARY residency document.

A Residency Statement Form is only needed if you are unable to provide a PRIMARY residency document.

A Residency Statement Form must be notarized. Notary services are free. Notary services may be available at the high school or district office.
