MHS School Calendar Adjustments

MHS School Calendar Adjustments

As Mundelein High School enters the summer of 2026 - its busiest construction period of the facilities improvement project - calendar adjustments are being made for school programs impacted by the work.

The summer of 2026 will impact summer programs as extended construction schedules push the start of school to Sept. 8. The late start date means adjusted schedules and venues for athletics, AP test study programs, Dual Credit classes and more. Thanks to the work of MHS administrators in collaboration with the Mundelein Education Association, adjustments are being made to align programs with the start of the 2026-27 school year calendar.
